Experience & Qualifications:
4.5 to 5.5 years of experience in Management Consulting (preferred) or Sales - Outbound Direct Sales / Channel Sales
BBA / MBA / Any Bachelor’s Degree
Knowledge of Sales Processes is a must

Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist the Senior Consultant in coordinating fieldwork for assignments by contributing to project plans, gathering documentation, and liaising with client staff
Visit client sites and observe on-ground operations
Develop knowledge of sales strategies
Participate in drafting reports and present drafts for review and approval
Gather financial and non-financial data (qualitative and quantitative)




Assist in analysis and preparation of recommendations to drive sales and business growth
Ensure effective communication with internal and external stakeholders through detailed work plans and meeting minutes
Lead primary and secondary research to derive actionable insights
Contribute to problem-solving using frameworks and hypothesis validation
Create reports and tools to measure project effectiveness
Document learnings to build reusable knowledge assets
Support team members and organizational requirements beyond assigned deliverables
Interview client employees, management, and stakeholders
Assist in implementing solutions and ensure execution support at client end
