We are looking for an experienced and dynamic General Manager - Sales to lead our automobile sales operations.

Experience: 10+ years in Automobile Sales (Managerial Leadership Experience Mandatory)
Location: Asansol, West Bengal

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the entire sales team.
Drive sales targets and business growth.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Monitor dealership performance and profitability.
Build robust customer relationships.
Coach, mentor, and motivate the sales team.
Coordinate with OEM and management for achieving business objectives.

Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in the automobile industry.
Proven experience in leading dealership sales operations.
Robust leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Ability to achieve business targets and improve team performance.

Salary: Best in the Industry (Negotiable based on experience)

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹120,000.00 per month
