Key Responsibilities:
Generate and convert leads for residential and commercial properties.
Manage the complete sales cycle from inquiry to closure.
Conduct client meetings, property presentations, and site visits.
Build and maintain solid relationships with clients and channel partners.
Negotiate pricing and finalize sales agreements.
Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
Must-Have Skills:
Minimum 5+ years of experience in Real Estate Sales.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Strong negotiation and client-handling skills.
Positive communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English.
Ability to work independently and lead client interactions.
Own vehicle preferred
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
