Key Responsibilities:
Customer Interaction:
Greet customers warmly and ensure a positive customer experience.
Assist customers in understanding the menu and bakery products.
Billing & Transactions:
Accurately handle cash, card, and digital payment transactions using the POS system.
Process customer bills promptly and issue receipts.
Balance the cash register at the beginning and end of shifts.
Inventory & Stock Assistance:
Monitor sales of bakery items and inform the kitchen staff of popular or low-stock products.
Ensure proper display and labeling of bakery products.
Hygiene & Cleanliness:
Maintain a clean and organized cashier station and front-of-house area.
Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards during operations.
Customer Service Support:
Address customer queries and resolve complaints or escalate to the manager if required.




Assist in packing orders and ensuring accuracy for takeaway or delivery.
Upselling & Promotions:
Promote current products, offers, and loyalty programs to customers.

Requirements:
Experience:
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role (experience in bakery, café, or hospitality is preferred).
Education:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Skills:
Robust communication and customer service skills.
Basic math skills for handling transactions.
Proficiency in using POS systems is an advantage.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
