Key Responsibilities
Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, picking, packing, and dispatch.
Ensure proper storage of raw materials, packing materials, finished goods, and returned goods as per GMP/GDP guidelines.
Maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock verification and cycle counts.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), Procurement, and Logistics teams.
Ensure proper documentation of all warehouse transactions in ERP/SAP or inventory management systems.
Maintain FIFO/FEFO practices for inventory management.
Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Manage material receipt, inspection coordination, quarantine, release, rejection, and dispatch processes.
Prepare and maintain warehouse records,



stock reports, and audit documentation.
Lead and supervise warehouse staff, assigning duties and monitoring performance.
Ensure cleanliness, organization, and optimal space utilization within the warehouse.
Coordinate with transporters for timely dispatch and delivery of materials.
Support internal, customer, and regulatory audits by providing required documentation and records.
Identify prospects for process improvements to enhance warehouse efficiency and reduce operational costs.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
