Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and optimize on-page and off-page SEO strategies to improve search engine rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and site audits to identify opportunities for growth.
Work on Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) to improve visibility across AI-driven search platforms.
Manage and monitor SEM campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads, etc.) to maximize ROI.
Handle company’s social media presence across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.) - including content planning, posting, and engagement.
Implement Local SEO (Geo SEO) strategies to strengthen regional visibility.
Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (SEO/SEM/Social Media) using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, etc.
Stay updated with the latest SEO, SEM strategies and social media handling trends, algorithms, and best practices.
Collaborate with the content and design teams to create engaging and optimized content.

Requirements:
Proven experience in SEO (on-page & off-page), SEM strategies,



and social media handling.
Solid understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors.
Experience with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz, Screaming Frog, etc.
Knowledge of Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and LinkedIn Ads.
Familiarity with Answer Engine Optimization (AEO) and Local SEO (Geo SEO) strategies.
Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, IT, or a related field.
Certifications in Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO, or SEM will be a plus.
