About the Role

Key Responsibilities

Job & Prospect Sourcing
Actively source relevant job openings for BIA students across LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, company career pages, recruitment platforms, and other job portals.
Identify openings aligned with students' skills, courses,



experience levels, locations, and career aspirations.
Build and maintain a database of relevant companies, recruiters, HR professionals, and active job openings.
Track current hiring requirements and identify recurring recruitment opportunities.
Research companies and industries to identify potential hiring partners for BIA.

HR & Recruiter Outreach
Introduce BIA and its student talent pool to prospective employers.
Understand current and upcoming hiring requirements from companies.
Build and maintain strong relationships with HRs and recruiters.
Work towards developing a robust network of active hiring companies.

Placement Coordination
Coordinate the complete placement process between students, BIA teams, and employers.
Share job opportunities with eligible students through the BIA CEC portal and other approved channels.
