Role Description

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and business growth targets for the Solar Modular Mounting Structures division.
Identify and generate current business opportunities through EPC companies, solar developers, consultants, distributors, project owners, and industrial clients.
Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders across the solar industry.
Generate enquiries through networking, industry exhibitions, LinkedIn, referrals, cold outreach, and market research.
Understand project requirements and coordinate with internal engineering and estimation teams to prepare technical and commercial proposals.
Present technical solutions, product capabilities, and commercial offers to prospective clients.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms while ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction.
Track project opportunities from enquiry to order closure and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
Monitor industry trends, government policies, competitor activities,



and upcoming solar projects.
Coordinate with production, procurement, and project execution teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
Prepare regular sales forecasts, MIS reports, and business development plans.
Represent the company at industry events, trade exhibitions, and customer meetings.

Required Qualifications
Minimum 4+ years of experience in sales/business development within the solar industry, specifically involving Solar Modular Mounting Structures (MMS), Solar Structures, Solar EPC, or Renewable Energy Projects.
Strong understanding of utility-scale, commercial, and industrial solar projects.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and acquiring recent clients.
Experience in dealing with EPC contractors, solar developers, consultants, project owners, and industrial clients.
Solid understanding of solar mounting structures, project execution, and the renewable energy market.
