Role Description

We are looking for a highly experienced Operations Head to lead and oversee the complete operations of our Heavy Engineering, Structural Fabrication, and PEB division. This leadership role requires a skilled with extensive experience in fabrication, production planning, project execution, quality control, and operational management.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the complete operations of the Heavy Engineering, Structural Fabrication, and PEB division.
Plan, organize, and supervise fabrication, manufacturing, and project execution activities.
Develop and implement operational strategies to improve productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
Manage production planning, scheduling,



resource allocation, and workflow optimization.
Coordinate with design, engineering, procurement, quality, dispatch, and project execution teams to ensure seamless operations.
Ensure timely execution and delivery of fabrication and structural steel projects.
Monitor production targets, manpower utilization, machine capacity, and overall operational performance.
Establish and maintain quality control procedures in line with customer specifications and industry standards.
Oversee material planning, inventory management, and coordination with procurement for timely material availability.
Identify operational bottlenecks and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with safety standards, operational procedures, and statutory regulations.
Manage project costs, monitor budgets, and implement cost-control measures.
Conduct regular performance reviews and mentor product
