Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist customers, understanding their needs and preferences
Demonstrate product knowledge and provide guidance in selecting jewellery pieces
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets
Maintain showroom display and stock arrangement
Build long-term relationships with customers for repeat business
Stay updated with current jewellery trends and designs

Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience.
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Good understanding of gold, diamond, and silver jewellery designs
Ability to work in a team and meet sales targets
Basic computer skills for billing & inventory management
Pleasant personality and professional appearance
