Job Summary

ForPlanet Ingredients is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Store Executive to manage day-to-day store operations at our Bengaluru facility. The role involves inventory management, material handling, and close coordination with the production team to ensure uninterrupted manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities
Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials against purchase orders and delivery challans:
Maintain accurate records of inventory, stock movement, and material issuance
Ensure proper storage, labeling, and handling of raw materials and finished goods:
Coordinate closely with the production team to understand material requirements and ensure timely issuance of items for uninterrupted production
Monitor stock levels and proactively inform relevant teams to prevent shortages or excess inventory:
Prepare and maintain documentation such as GRNs, stock registers, and material issue slips
Conduct regular physical stock counts and reconcile with system records:




Coordinate with logistics and dispatch teams for timely inward and outward movement of goods
Ensure compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality standards in the store area:
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and discipline within the store

Skills & Competencies
Knowledge of inventory management and store operations:
Working knowledge of MS Excel and ERP/SAP systems preferred
Robust organizational and documentation skills:
Ability to coordinate effectively with cross-functional teams
Valuable communication skills
