MERN Full Stack Team Lead — Job Description

Experience: 5+ Years (min. 2 years as Team Lead — mandatory)

Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of MERN stack developers (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Own end-to-end project delivery — planning, execution, and quality.
Define technical architecture and enforce best practices.
Track Team & Project KPIs aligned with business/delivery goals.
Collaborate with BAs, PMs, and clients for requirement clarity.
Conduct code reviews and mentor team members.
Ensure timely delivery per project roadmap and milestones.

Requirements:
Solid hands-on experience with MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js.
Proven experience leading a dev team (2+ years).
Valuable understanding of REST APIs, microservices, third-party integrations.
DevOps/CI-CD/cloud knowledge is a plus.
Solid leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹550,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
