Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
Manage calendars, appointments, and meeting schedules.
Coordinate travel arrangements, accommodations, and itineraries.
Prepare documents, reports, presentations, and meeting materials.
Maintain confidential records and sensitive information.
Track expenses and assist with basic administrative and financial tasks.
Coordinate with internal teams, clients, suppliers, and external partners.
Assist with event planning, business visits, and special projects.
Anticipate needs and provide proactive support to senior management.

Requirements:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.




Solid organizational and time-management abilities.
High level of discretion and professionalism.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and digital collaboration tools.
Ability to multitask and work independently in a quick-paced workplace.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or similar role preferred.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Communications, or a related field preferred.
