Role Purpose

Key Responsibilities
Course and Programme Operations
Coordinate the day-to-day delivery of online, self-paced, live and blended learning programmes.
Maintain programme calendars, learner cohorts, faculty schedules, session links, course materials and assessment timelines.
Monitor the learning-management system (LMS) to ensure modules, videos, readings, quizzes, assignments and certificates are correctly published and accessible.




Conduct pre-launch checks for each course and identify technical or content issues before learners are affected.
Coordinate with faculty, content teams, technology vendors and internal stakeholders to resolve operational issues promptly.
Track learner progress, attendance, completion, assessments, certificates and support requests.
Maintain accurate programme records, trackers and weekly status reports.
Learner Experience and Support
Support learners with enrolment, payment, LMS access, course navigation, assignments, assessments and certificates.
Ensure timely onboarding communications, reminders, course updates and completion communications.
Collect learner feedback, identify recurring issues and recommend improvements to the learner journey.
Help build alumni engagement through testimonials, learner stories, referral initiatives and community communications.
