This role requires a skilled who can balance design excellence, technical detailing, project management, and client interaction while mentoring junior team members.

Key Responsibilities
Lead architectural design and planning for residential and housing projects.
Develop concepts, master plans, and detailed design solutions.
Prepare and review construction drawings, working drawings, and technical details.
Coordinate with consultants, landscape architects, structural engineers, and MEP teams.
Manage project timelines, deliverables, and client presentations.
Conduct site visits and monitor design implementation.
Guide and mentor junior architects and design teams.
Ensure compliance with local building regulations and development norms.

Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Architecture.
Minimum 15 years of skilled experience.
Proven experience in residential townships, group housing, high-rise residential,



or mixed-use housing developments.
Strong design, planning, and technical documentation skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Software Skills
AutoCAD (mandatory):
SketchUp (mandatory):
Adobe Photoshop (mandatory):
Knowledge of Lumion, D5 Render, Revit, or other visualization software will be an added advantage.
