Job Summary

Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and workforce planning needs.

Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
Facilitate smooth onboarding of new employees.
Conduct orientation sessions and ensure completion of joining formalities.
Manage employee exit procedures, clearance processes, and exit interviews.

Employee Relations & Engagement
Address employee queries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
Support employee engagement initiatives, team-building activities, and wellness programs.




Promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.

HR Operations & Administration
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Prepare employment contracts, letters, and HR-related correspondence.
Manage attendance, leave records, and employee data systems.

Performance Management
Assist in implementing performance appraisal processes.
Support managers in setting goals and evaluating employee performance.
Track performance review schedules and documentation.

Compliance & Policy Management
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory requirements, and company policies.
Assist in developing, updating, and communicating HR policies and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and company records.

Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate learning and development programs.
Track employee training participation and effectiveness.
