Role description:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Manage user administration for the C4S service platform, including access provisioning and role assignments
Facilitate end user onboarding and offboarding processes to ensure timely and accurate system access
Process role changes and modifications based on business needs and user requests
Monitor system inactivity to maintain system integrity and security
Maintain user administration processes to meet audit and compliance requirements
Collaborate with the larger service platform team to understand evolving requirements and system changes
Work directly with users to ensure correct procedures and processes are followed- Identify prospects to improve and automate processes using AI and other technologies

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities:
Robust attention to detail and accuracy in user management activities- 3+ years of experience in user administration
Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with end users and team members




Ability to work collaboratively with users to ensure adherence to procedures and processes
Experience with SAP C4C (preferred)
Experience with SAP ERP (preferred)
Experience with ServiceNow (preferred)
Knowledge of AI technologies to support process improvement and automation (preferred)
