We are looking for an energetic and target-oriented Business Development Executive who can help us build our student community and drive admissions.

This is an excellent chance for someone who enjoys speaking with students, visiting colleges, building relationships and working in a sales-oriented setting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Student Outreach & Admissions
Make inbound and outbound calls to prospective students and enquiries.
Understand students' educational background, career goals and requirements.
Explain our courses, training methodology, projects, career perks and admission process.
Follow up with interested students through calls and WhatsApp.
Convert qualified leads into course admissions.
Maintain regular follow-ups until the admission decision is made.

College Outreach & Lead Generation




Identify colleges, institutes and student communities relevant to our target audience.
Connect with college placement cells, TPOs, faculty members and student coordinators.
Develop relationships with colleges for seminars, workshops, career sessions and student engagement activities.
Generate student leads through college visits, events, networking and other offline activities.
Explore new channels for generating student enquiries and admissions.

Sales & Business Development
Achieve monthly lead generation, admission and revenue targets.
Maintain a healthy pipeline of prospective students.
Follow up consistently and maintain accurate lead information.
Identify opportunities to improve student acquisition and conversion.
Coordinate with the training/operations team for student onboarding.
