Source and develop reliable vendors for engineering materials, machinery, and industrial components.
Obtain and compare quotations to ensure cost-effective procurement.
Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers.
Prepare and process Purchase Orders (POs) as per company requirements.
Coordinate with internal departments to understand material requirements.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of materials.
Maintain inventory levels and coordinate with stores to prevent stock shortages.
Verify purchase invoices, delivery challans, and supporting documents.
Develop and maintain solid relationships with vendors and suppliers.
Ensure procurement complies with company policies and quality standards.




Maintain accurate purchase records and update ERP/MIS systems.
Monitor market trends, material prices, and identify cost-saving prospects.
Resolve supplier-related issues regarding quality, quantity, or delivery.
Prepare procurement reports and support audit and documentation requirements.
Ensure timely procurement to support uninterrupted production and project execution
