About the Role:
We’re looking for an enthusiastic and goal-driven Business Development Executive to join our growing team at Patterns LLC. If you’re passionate about sales, enjoy communicating with international clients and thrive in a dynamic environment, this role is perfect for you

Key Responsibilities:
Build and maintain solid client relationships through consistent follow-ups and coordination.
Understand client needs and offer solutions that align with our services.
Meet and exceed monthly sales targets and performance goals.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions and progress reports.

Requirements:
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Passion for sales, client communication, and business growth.
Comfortable working in the night shift (7:30 PM - 5:00 AM IST).




Prior experience in international sales or B2B business development is a plus.
Strong work ethic, reliability, and a target-oriented mindset.
