Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding recent employees.
Maintain employee records, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Coordinate employee engagement programs, training sessions, and organizational events to enhance workplace culture.
Assist in implementing HR policies, performance management processes, and employee communication initiatives.




Support employer branding activities through social media platforms and recruitment campaigns.
Coordinate and manage company social media accounts, digital content, and marketing communications.
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand awareness initiatives.
Create and maintain marketing materials, presentations, and basic digital content as required.
Monitor recruitment and marketing performance metrics and prepare reports for management review.
Collaborate with internal teams to support HR and marketing projects as needed.

Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Robust organizational, coordination, and time-management skills.
Basic understanding of HR processes, recruitment, and employee engagement activities.
Familiarity with social media platforms and digital mark
