Develop, model,



and maintain detailed BIM models for electrical systems in data center projects using industry-standard software and best practices
Coordinate electrical BIM models with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) teams to identify and resolve clashes and conflicts efficiently
Perform clash detection analysis and generate comprehensive reports to ensure model integrity, constructability, and compliance with project requirements
Create and manage electrical specifications, schedules, and technical documentation within the BIM workplace with meticulous attention to detail
Conduct quality assurance reviews of electrical models to verify accuracy, completeness, and adherence to project standards and protocols
Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders to communicate design intent, resolve technical issues, and support informed decision-making
Analyze complex electrical systems and infrastructure requirements specific to data center operations, including power distribution
