Stakeholder Management: - Collaborate with business leaders to understand current and future hiring needs. - Provide regular recruitment updates and hiring reports. - Build solid relationships with hiring managers to ensure timely closures.
Employer Branding: - Enhance the company's employer brand through social media and qualified networking platforms. - Participate in campus recruitment drives, walk-in interviews, and job fairs. - Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
Recruitment Reporting: - Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment MIS reports. - Monitor recruitment KPIs and recommend process improvements.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
