About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and relationship-driven Assistant Manager / Key Account Manager (AM/KAM) to manage enterprise accounts, drive stakeholder engagement, and ensure seamless operational execution. The role requires building solid client relationships, identifying growth prospects, resolving operational challenges, and working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional stakeholder experiences.

Key ResponsibilitiesKey Account Management
Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise clients and key stakeholders.
Build, manage, and strengthen long-term client relationships.
Understand client objectives, business requirements, and operational challenges.




Ensure high levels of stakeholder satisfaction and engagement.

Stakeholder Management
Act as a liaison between enterprise clients, external stakeholders, and internal teams.
Maintain regular communication and provide timely updates on projects and deliverables.
Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure smooth collaboration.
Maintain records of discussions, commitments, and action items.

Account Growth & Business Development
Identify opportunities for account expansion and cross-selling.
Support revenue growth initiatives across existing accounts.
Participate in commercial discussions and contract negotiations.
Collaborate with leadership to develop account growth strategies.

Operations & Project Management
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
Track project milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
Monitor operational performance and identify improvement opportunities.
