CIMERO Footwear is hiring RSM / ASM for dealer-distributor sales expansion across Haryana, Punjab, Jammu, Himachal, Kashmir, Rajasthan, MP, UP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, Maharashtra and Gujarat.
Responsibilities:
Appoint current distributors in assigned territory
Develop dealer and wholesale market
Achieve monthly sales targets
Manage and guide Sales Officers
Visit markets regularly
Support Dealers for Secondary Sales
Follow up for payment and collections
Share competitor and product feedback
Submit daily/weekly sales and visit reports
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years footwear sales experience
Dealer-distributor sales exposure required
Minimum education: 12th pass
Strong market knowledge
Ready for regular travel
Good payment follow-up and collection discipline
