Key Responsibilities
Plan, organize, and supervise daily manufacturing operations.
Ensure production targets are achieved with optimum productivity.
Monitor machine utilization and minimize downtime.
Ensure compliance with ISO 13485, GMP, and applicable regulatory requirements.
Coordinate with Production, Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Procurement teams.
Implement Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives.
Monitor production KPIs including OEE, rejection rates, productivity, and delivery schedules.
Ensure workplace safety, 5S, and statutory compliance.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports.
Manage manpower planning, shift scheduling, and employee performance.
Support installation, validation, and commissioning of current machinery.
Control manufacturing costs and reduce wastage.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Production, Industrial, Plastic, Biomedical Engineering,



or related field.
MBA in Operations is an added advantage.

Experience
2 years of experience in manufacturing operations.
At least 1 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
Experience in medical devices, plastics injection molding, pharmaceuticals, or laboratory consumables preferred.

Required Skills:
Solid leadership and team management.
Production planning and inventory management.
Knowledge of ISO 13485, GMP, and quality systems.
Root Cause Analysis (RCA), CAPA, and problem-solving.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems.

Pay: ₹158,784.31 - ₹253,893.27 per year
