We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Business Development Manager to drive growth in our eCommerce business. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, onboarding sellers/brands, and expanding market presence to increase revenue and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the eCommerce space
Onboard new sellers, vendors, and brand partners to the platform
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and market share
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer behavior
Collaborate with marketing, operations, and product teams for growth initiatives
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and commercial terms
Drive revenue growth through partnerships, campaigns,



and promotions
Monitor performance metrics and prepare business reports
Explore current categories, geographies, and sales channels

Required Skills & Qualifications
Solid understanding of eCommerce business models and marketplaces
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making ability
Proven ability to meet and exceed revenue targets
Solid networking and partnership development skills
Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM tools, and reporting dashboards

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
