Responsibilities:
Receive and process orders from our franchise stores through WhatsApp.
Coordinate with the team for order packing and dispatch.
Coordinate with franchisees regarding order-related queries and changes.
Requirements:
Positive knowledge of English.
Fluency in Hindi and Telugu.
Valuable computer knowledge.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
Valuable communication and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple orders and work responsibly.
