The Architect /Project Manager is responsible for conceptualizing, planning, designing, and developing architectural and interior projects from concept through execution planning, monitoring and successfully delivering architectural and interior fit-out projects within approved budgets, timelines, and quality standards. The role manages multidisciplinary teams, contractors, consultants, procurement, and client communications throughout the project lifecycle.

Key ResponsibilitiesProject Planning
Prepare project execution plans.
Develop project schedules and milestones.
Allocate manpower and resources.
Identify project risks and mitigation strategies.
Prepare project budgets.

Site Management
Supervise multiple project sites.
Ensure execution according to approved drawings.




Monitor daily work progress.
Maintain project quality standards.
Ensure housekeeping and safety compliance.

Client Coordination
Conduct client meetings.
Share weekly progress updates.
Manage client expectations.
Resolve project-related concerns.
Coordinate approvals and design changes.

Contractor Management
Appoint and manage contractors.
Review contractor performance.
Verify work completion.
Approve running bills.
Resolve contractor issues.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
