Eligibility Criteria

Educational Qualification

- Mandatory: MBA/PGDM from Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kolkata
- Strong academic background with excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Profile

- Passionate about the Semiconductor Industry and Renewable Energy Sector
- Interest in Solar Cell and Solar Panel Manufacturing business
- Strong business acumen and customer relationship management skills
- Ability to identify market opportunities and drive business growth
- Willingness to travel as per business requirements

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales and marketing initiatives
- Generate recent business opportunities and expand market reach
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and channel partners




- Conduct market intelligence and competitor analysis
- Support business growth in domestic and international markets
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely project execution
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to organizational growth
