Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote academy courses and events.

- Build strong relationships with schools, colleges, and cultural organizations for outreach programs.

- Plan and manage promotional activities including seminars, workshops, and roadshows.

- Coordinate with digital marketing teams for social media and online campaigns.

- Generate leads through innovative outreach strategies and convert them into admissions.

- Represent the academy at events, exhibitions, and community engagements.

- Prepare reports on outreach performance and suggest improvements.

Requirements:

- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.

- 3- 5 years of experience in marketing, outreach, or business development (education sector preferred).

- Strong communication and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and meet targets.

- Passion for performing arts and creative education is a plus.
