Responsibilities

- Define positioning, messaging, and brand narrative for the new sub-org

- Plan and execute campaigns across SEO, content, paid, and lifecycle

- Generate leads, build pipeline, and improve conversions

- Continuously test, learn, and optimize campaigns

- Use AI tools and agents to execute marketing workflows

- Create prompts, refine outputs, and improve quality of AI-generated content

- Collaborate with the tech team to streamline marketing automation

- Execute go-to-market strategies and product launches

- Monitor performance and improve post-launch outcomes

Requirements

- 4-7 years of experience in marketing (SaaS, agency, or digital-first roles)

- Strong hands-on experience in at least two areas: Content, SEO, Paid, Demand Gen, or Lifecycle

- Familiarity with AI tools - ChatGPT, Zapier, n8n, Make, or similar

- Someone who can execute, not just plan

- Comfortable working as an individual contributor with high ownership





- Experience in SaaS or working with agencies preferred

- Exposure to automation workflows or growth experiments is a plus

- Genuine curiosity around AI-driven marketing systems
