Role Description The Marketing Intern will support day-to-day marketing activities to promote Cup Time’s tea and coffee services. This internship role is on-site and based in Tiruchirappalli, where the intern will assist with local marketing campaigns, social media content creation, and basic market research.

Responsibilities may include helping design promotional materials, engaging with customers and office partners, collecting feedback, and contributing ideas to improve brand awareness.



The intern will collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to execute small events, office activations, and digital promotions that highlight Cup Time’s offerings.

Qualifications

- Basic understanding of marketing principles and interest in brand promotion and customer engagement.
- Ability to support social media and content creation activities, including straightforward posts and captions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and partners on-site.
- Organizational skills to assist with events, office campaigns, and day-to-day marketing tasks.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent practical interest and experience).
- Willingness to work on-site in Tiruchirappalli and learn in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Enthusiasm for tea, coffee, and creating positive workplace experiences is a plus.
