Shortclipr is an AI-powered SaaS application that helps creators and businesses turn long-form videos into short-form content.

We're looking for a motivated Marketing & Growth Intern who wants hands-on experience marketing an early-stage SaaS product and experimenting with real growth strategies.

This is not a traditional internship where you'll only be asked to make reports. You'll actually get to experiment, publish content, test ideas, and see what brings users to the product.

What You'll DoYou'll spend approximately 1-2 hour per day working on practical marketing and growth activities.

- Social Media Marketing
- Help build Shortclipr's presence on X/Twitter, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and other relevant platforms.
- Create and publish straightforward posts around AI, video creation, content repurposing and creator tools.
- Repurpose existing Shortclipr content into different formats.
- Research what content is currently performing well in the AI/SaaS/creator space.

2. Content & Community Growth
- Find relevant communities where Shortclipr could be useful.
- Identify creators, marketers, agencies and businesses who may benefit from the product.
- Participate in relevant discussions and introduce Shortclipr naturally where appropriate.
- Research potential content topics and marketing opportunities.

3. Growth ExperimentsYou'll be encouraged to come up with and test your own ideas.

Examples

- Finding new channels to acquire users.
- Testing different types of social posts.
- Finding relevant creators/influencers for outreach.
- Coming up with referral or partnership ideas.
- Testing different messaging and positioning.
- Finding communities and websites where Shortclipr can be promoted.

4. Competitor & Market Research




- Track competing AI video/content tools.
- Research their marketing strategies, pricing, content and distribution channels.
- Identify opportunities where Shortclipr can differentiate itself.
- Maintain a simple list of interesting marketing ideas and opportunities.

5. Basic OutreachDepending on your strengths, you may also help with:
- Creator outreach
- Partnership outreach
- SaaS/community outreach
- Finding potential early users
- Collecting feedback from users

No spam or mass messaging. The goal is thoughtful, relevant outreach. What We're Looking ForYou don't need years of marketing experience.

We're primarily looking for someone who is:

- Curious and willing to experiment.
- Interested in startups, SaaS, AI or content creation.
- Comfortable using social media.
- A good researcher.
- Able to write clear and engaging content.
- Proactive — you can come up with ideas rather than waiting for instructions.
- Consistent and reliable.
- Comfortable working independently.

Bonus if you have experience with:
- Instagram
- X/Twitter
- YouTube
- Reddit/community marketing
- Canva
- Basic video editing
- Content creation
- SEO
- Creator/influencer outreach
- SaaS or startup marketing

You do NOT need to know all of these. Daily CommitmentApproximately 1-2 hour per day

5–10 hours per week The schedule is flexible, but we expect consistent participation and communication.

This is a remote internship.





What We Expect From YouBecause this is a very small team, we're looking for someone who takes ownership.

We don't expect you to simply complete assigned tasks.

We want you to be able to say:

"I found this opportunity, here's why I think it could work, and here's how we should test it."If an experiment doesn't work, that's completely fine. We care more about learning, testing and improving than getting every experiment right.
