WHAT YOU'LL DO

Social media – Run all platforms — post daily, manage the monthly calendar – Spot trends and act rapid without waiting for sign-off every time – Monitor comments and DMs; respond in brand voice – Share weekly analytics and recommendations to the manager

Brand and merch – Coordinate vendors, sampling, production timelines, and stock – Keep brand assets version-controlled and organised – Brief designers; review outputs against brand guidelines – Manage merch dispatch for drops, gifting, and retail needs





Events – Own ground logistics — venue, vendors, guest lists, setup, wrap – Capture content at events and feed into the content pipeline – Proactively flag upcoming event deadlines and dependencies

Influencer and affiliate ops – Source and shortlist prospects; do initial outreach based on manager's brief – Once manager closes negotiations — send briefs, confirm deliverables, chase timelines – Maintain a live tracker of all active campaigns, deliverables, and payments – Report reach, engagement, and attributed traffic or sales post-delivery

Performance marketing support – Coordinate asset delivery so the performance team always has what it needs – Liaise between creative and paid media to align copy, visuals, and landing pages – Support UTM tagging, campaign naming, and basic reporting hygiene

Must-haves – 1–3 years in marketing, content, or brand (agency or brand-side)
