Key Responsibilities

- Distributor & Channel Management: Manage relationships with authorized local distributors, stockists, and retailers.

- Sales Targets: Drive primary sales (company-to-distributor) and secondary sales (distributor-to-retailer) to achieve monthly and quarterly goals.

- Market Expansion: Visit automotive workshops, mechanics, and retail stores to onboard new dealers and grow market share.

- Operations & Recovery: Coordinate timely deliveries, handle routine market feedback, and assist with payment collections.

Requirements & Skills

- Experience:



1 to 5 years of field sales or channel marketing experience, ideally within the automotive, battery, or lubricant sector.

- Qualifications: Graduate degree with strong local market knowledge and communication skills.

- Mobility: A two-wheeler is generally required for daily local client and dealer visits.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
