- Develop and implement hospital marketing campaigns.

- Promote departments, treatments, health packages, and specialist services.

- Manage online and offline promotional activities.

- Coordinate with advertising agencies and media partners.

- Doctor &

- Referral Relationship Management

- Build and maintain relationships with referring doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.

- Visit doctors and clinics regularly to explain hospital services.

- Develop referral networks and identify new referral opportunities.

- Collect feedback from doctors and communicate it to hospital management.

- Patient Acquisition
- Identify potential patient sources and local communities.

- Conduct outreach activities to generate new patient leads.

- Follow up on enquiries and coordinate with relevant hospital departments.

- Monitor patient acquisition and conversion.

- Community Outreach
- Organize health camps, medical check-ups, awareness programs, and seminars.

- Coordinate hospital participation in community events.

- Promote preventive healthcare programs.





- Digital Marketing
- Coordinate social media, Google campaigns, website promotions, and online content.

- Work with the digital marketing team to improve hospital visibility.

- Monitor online enquiries and campaigns.

- Corporate &

- Institutional Tie-ups

- Approach companies, schools, colleges, insurance/TPA networks, and other institutions.

- Develop corporate health-checkup programs and service partnerships.

- Maintain relationships with existing corporate clients.

- Market Research
- Study competitor hospitals, their services, pricing, and promotional activities.

- Identify current healthcare market opportunities.

- Gather patient and referring-doctor feedback.

- Reporting &

- Performance Tracking

- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly marketing reports.

- Track leads, referrals, campaigns, health camps, and patient conversions.

- Monitor marketing expenses and campaign results.

- Present performance updates to management.
