Frontier Jewellers Exclusive is looking for a smart, energetic and creative Marketing & Events Executive to support the planning and execution of our marketing activities, campaigns, customer events and brand initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys working on the ground, coordinating with multiple teams and vendors, and making sure that marketing ideas are executed professionally and on time.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in planning and executing in-store events, customer engagement activities, festive activations and promotional events.
- Coordinate with creative agencies, photographers, vendors, event partners and internal teams.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns across digital, social media, print, outdoor and BTL activities.
- Coordinate photoshoots, creative requirements, promotional material and campaign timelines.
- Manage event arrangements including vendors, décor, branding, guest coordination, logistics and on-ground execution.
- Develop and execute innovative ideas to increase customer engagement and showroom footfall.
- Support customer events, festive activities, influencer collaborations and local marketing initiatives.
- Ensure that all marketing and event activities are executed in line with the premium image of Frontier Jewellers.
- Maintain marketing calendars, activity plans, vendor coordination and execution timelines.
- Track and report the performance and outcomes of marketing activities.
- Identify relevant local opportunities,



events and partnerships that can strengthen the brand's presence in Dehradun.

Who We Are Looking For We are looking for someone who is:
- Smart, presentable, energetic and highly proactive
- Creative and able to think of fresh marketing and event ideas
- Strong in communication and coordination
- Comfortable taking ownership and getting things done
- Valuable at managing multiple activities and deadlines simultaneously
- Confident in dealing with agencies, vendors, photographers and other external partners
- Willing to work on-ground during events and campaigns
- Well organised with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with social media, basic digital marketing and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Good in both Hindi and English communication

Experience 2–5 years of relevant experience in marketing, events, brand activation, retail marketing, hospitality, luxury brands, jewellery or a similar industry is preferred.

Candidates with strong practical experience and the right attitude will also be considered.
