About :

Pet India Industries is looking for a confident, well-spoken and people-oriented Marketing & Customer Relations Executive to join our team.

The role involves communicating with prospective and existing customers, handling enquiries, following up with leads, understanding customer requirements and developing long-term business relationships.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries and communicate with prospective and existing customers through calls, WhatsApp, email and online platforms.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the internal team to take enquiries forward.
- Build and maintain good relationships with customers and follow up regularly on ongoing enquiries.
- Identify and connect with potential customers through various marketing and online channels.
- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, conversations and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with customers regarding quotations, samples, product requirements and other enquiries.




- Support customer meetings and other marketing activities when required.

What are we looking for:

- Excellent communication skills with the confidence to speak comfortably with new and existing customers.
- Ability to communicate clearly and professionally over phone, WhatsApp and email.
- Fluent in both English and Tamil.
- Knowledge of additional regional languages such as Hindi, Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, etc. will be an added advantage.
- Good listening skills and the ability to understand customer requirements.
- Friendly, confident and positive attitude.
- Positive follow-up skills and willingness to build long-term customer relationships.
- Willingness to learn and develop knowledge about our products and industry.

Experience:

MBA/ Marketing Freshers are welcome to apply.

Candidates with 1–2 years of experience in marketing, customer relations, customer support, inside sales or a similar role may also apply.
