The Marketing Coordinator will support the clinic’s marketing activities including social media management, content coordination, campaign execution, and marketing analytics. This role requires someone who is organized, creative, and comfortable coordinating with designers, video editors, and digital marketing agencies.

Key ResponsibilitiesSocial Media Management

- Schedule and publish content across Instagram and other social platforms
- Assist in planning and executing the monthly content calendar
- Write captions and coordinate posting of reels, stories, and updates
- Monitor comments, messages, and engagement

Content Coordination
- Coordinate with video editor for reel creation
- Assist with shooting short video content inside the clinic
- Maintain a library of photos and videos for marketing use

Digital Marketing Support
- Coordinate with external digital marketing agency for ad campaigns
- Track performance of ads and campaigns
- Assist in optimizing marketing strategies based on results

Campaign Planning
- Help plan monthly promotional campaigns
- Support launch of new treatments and packages
- Assist with clinic events, offers,



and marketing initiatives

Reporting
- Track leads from social media and digital campaigns
- Prepare simple weekly marketing reports
- Monitor engagement, reach, and conversion metrics

Required Skills
- Good understanding of Instagram and social media marketing
- Basic knowledge of content creation and digital marketing
- Ability to write engaging captions and marketing content
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
- Comfortable coordinating with designers and agencies

Preferred Qualifications
- 1–3 years experience in digital marketing / social media
- Experience in beauty, wellness, or healthcare industry preferred
- Basic understanding of reels, content trends, and audience engagement
