Job Summary

We are looking for a Marketing Associate – Mass Marketing to support large-scale promotional activities, customer outreach, lead generation, and brand awareness campaigns. The candidate should be energetic, confident, and comfortable interacting with students, customers, institutions, and the general public.

Key Responsibilities

- Execute mass marketing and promotional campaigns across assigned locations.
- Conduct outreach activities through college visits, events, campaigns, and field activities.
- Generate leads through direct interaction, referrals, campaigns, and other marketing channels.
- Promote company products, services, courses, and programs.
- Coordinate with colleges, institutions, local groups, and potential customers.
- Distribute promotional materials and support brand visibility activities.
- Collect customer/student information and maintain accurate lead records.
- Follow up with generated leads and coordinate with the sales/support team.
- Track daily marketing activities, leads, and campaign performance.
- Support events, seminars, workshops, job drives, and promotional programs.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly marketing targets.

- Any Graduate / Post Graduate.
- Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Experience in field marketing, sales, promotions, or lead generation is an advantage.
- Candidates with good local networking skills are preferred.
- Candidates from Tirupati and nearby locations are preferred.
