Key Responsibilities:
Staff Management: Hiring, training, scheduling, inspiring, evaluating staff, fostering a positive team environment, and handling disciplinary issues.
Sales & Performance: Setting sales targets, analyzing sales data, implementing promotional strategies, and driving revenue to meet financial goals.
Customer Service: Ensuring high satisfaction, resolving complaints, setting service standards, and training staff to deliver excellent experiences.
Inventory Control: Managing stock levels, ordering products, minimizing stockouts, overseeing stocktakes, and managing supplier relationships.
Operations & Merchandising: Overseeing daily operations, maintaining store cleanliness, managing displays, and ensuring proper product presentation.
Financial Management: Managing budgets, controlling expenses, handling cash, preparing financial reports, and analyzing KPIs.
Compliance: Ensuring adherence to health, safety, and company policies.
