Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate bills and invoices for customers.
Handle cash, digital payments, and other payment methods.
Maintain daily sales and billing records.
Ensure correct product prices, quantities, and discounts during billing.
Handle customer queries related to bills and payments politely.
Maintain proper cash balance and submit daily reports.
Coordinate with the store manager and other staff when required.
Keep the billing counter clean and organized.

Requirements:
Basic knowledge of computers and billing software.
Positive communication and customer service skills.
Ability to handle cash responsibly and accurately.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel is preferred.
Previous experience in a supermarket, retail store, or billing position will be an advantage.
