Plan and coordinate tool room activities based on production requirements.
Read and interpret engineering drawings, tool drawings, and 2D/3D CAD models.
Design and develop dies, moulds, jigs, fixtures, gauges, and special-purpose tools.
Coordinate machining, fitting, grinding, EDM/Wire EDM, CNC, and other tool-room operations.
Monitor tool manufacturing and ensure dimensional accuracy and quality.
Perform preventive and breakdown maintenance of tools, dies, moulds, and fixtures.
Troubleshoot tool-related problems and implement corrective actions.
Work closely with Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Design teams.
Inspect components using instruments such as vernier calipers, micrometers, height gauges, bore gauges, and CMM where applicable.
Maintain tool-room records, drawings, BOMs, maintenance schedules, and tool history.
Ensure timely completion of tool development and repair activities.
Identify prospects to reduce tool costs, downtime, and manufacturing lead time.
Follow safety procedures and maintain 5S standards in the tool room.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
