Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Technical Support Specialist role based in Rajkot. The role involves providing timely technical assistance to users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, and documenting solutions in a explicit and structured manner. The Technical Support Specialist will respond to support tickets, phone calls, and in-person requests,



guiding users through step-by-step solutions and escalating complex issues when needed. Daily work includes monitoring system performance, performing basic maintenance tasks, and collaborating with other technical teams to prevent recurring problems. Candidates should possess solid Technical Support and Troubleshooting skills for hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Candidates should possess familiarity with ticketing systems, remote support tools, and standard operating systems (Windows, macOS, or Linux).
A diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience, is beneficial.
Previous experience in a helpdesk, IT support, or customer service workplace is an advantage.
