What You Will Get to Do:
The Senior Business Analyst - Digital is a senior individual contributor who leads business analysis across our digital portfolio, spanning web, mobile, and back-end integrations. Partnering with product owners, engineering, design and business stakeholders, this role owns complex requirements end-to-end and uplifts BA practice across the digital team.
Lead requirements discovery and analysis for large or complex digital initiatives, from problem framing through to post-release measurement
Translate business objectives into explicit user stories, acceptance criteria and journey maps that guide digital design, development and testing
Shape requirements for customer-facing digital experiences across web and mobile, ensuring solutions meet business goals and user needs
Define requirements for API-driven integrations between digital channels and back-end services, and review API contracts to confirm alignment with business and user needs
Partner with product owners, UX/UI and engineering leads to shape solutio
