We're looking for a Marketing Associate who can work directly with the Head of Marketing to plan, execute, and scale marketing campaigns across multiple products and brands.

If you're someone who enjoys building campaigns, running ads, creating content, solving marketing problems, and taking ownership of projects from planning to execution, we'd love to meet you.

Responsibilities

- Plan and execute marketing campaigns across multiple products and brands.
- Manage Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Coordinate ad shoots and marketing content production.
- Work closely with designers, editors, and developers to launch campaigns.
- Build landing pages and improve conversion rates.
- Analyze campaign performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage social media marketing initiatives.
- Conduct competitor and market research.
- Leverage AI tools to improve marketing speed, efficiency, and quality.
- Own marketing projects from planning to execution.

- Thinks beyond simply completing assigned tasks.
- Pays attention to details and campaign performance.
- Has strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Is available to work from our Bhopal office.
