Role Description The Marketing and Sales Intern will support daily marketing and sales activities in a part-time, remote capacity.

Responsibilities include assisting with market research, helping prepare sales presentations, and supporting digital marketing campaigns. The intern will contribute to lead generation, follow up with prospective clients under guidance, and maintain basic customer records. Additional tasks include coordinating with the marketing and sales teams, providing prompt customer communication,



and compiling simple performance reports.

This role is designed to offer hands-on experience in marketing and sales within a fast-paced IT services environment.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact professionally with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to conduct Market Research and support Marketing Strategy development for targeted campaigns.
- Interest and foundational skills in Sales and Marketing to assist in lead generation and follow-up activities.
- Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts and social media platforms is beneficial.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proficiency in common office and collaboration tools (e.g., email, spreadsheets, presentation software, online meeting platforms).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage tasks independently in a work from home environment.
