About the Founder

Shreya Dabriwal is a Gold Medallist Textile Designer from NIFT, Kolkata, batch of 2015.

Utkarsh Singhania is a MBA from SJMSOM, IIT-B with experience at Games24x7 and Stable Money

Yash Dabriwal is a MBA from IIM Calcutta and a Gold Medalist CA with experience at McKinsey

We are looking to expand our team and add a Marketing Associate under the supervision of Utkarsh Singhania with the following responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

- Plan monthly content calendars aligned to wedding season and social media trends.
- Conceptualise and execute ideas for Reels, Carousels and Statics
- Edit short-form video for Reels - cuts, transitions, music sync, text overlays, and colour grading.
- Edit static and carousel content for Meta - organic social media and Ads
- Assist in tracking performance - ROAS, CPM, CTR,



saves, shares, reach
- Assist in managing operations of Meta Ads - ad and creative performance.
- Manage influencer collaborations and track and manage output

What we are looking for:

- A portfolio of Reels/short-form videos where you personally planned, shot, and edited the content.
- Experience working with influencers or creator agencies
- Exposure to Meta Ads, with a basic understanding of campaign structure.
- A strong visual eye - you notice composition, lighting, especially in product or craft-led contexts.
- Solid video editing skills on software like CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, or equivalent.
- Comfort with static and graphic editing on Lightroom, Canva, or Photoshop.
- Ability to work independently in a small, founder-led team without needing a separate photographer or creative director.
