About the role:

We are seeking a Marketing Analytics Specialist to drive data-driven decision-making across our marketing function. This role is ideal for an individual early in their analytics career who thrives on close collaboration with marketing teams. You will have significant ownership over how marketing performance is measured, analyzed, and communicated, directly impacting our growth strategies.

Responsibilities:

- Build and maintain dashboards to track key acquisition funnel metrics like CAC, LTV, and conversion rates.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to evaluate the ROI of performance marketing campaigns across platforms such as Meta, Google, and YouTube.
- Implement and manage analytics tools, including setting up UTM tracking and configuring GA4 across digital channels.
- Perform A/B test analysis and calculate statistical significance to optimize campaign performance.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop growth projections and conduct scenario planning.




- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, presenting clear, actionable insights to leadership.

Requirements:

- 1-1.5 years in marketing analytics, growth analytics, or similar role
- Proficiency in SQL or Python
- Advanced Excel skills
- Experience with GA4, Google Analytics, or similar analytics platforms
- Familiarity with Tableau, Looker, or Data Studio
